Our main administrative office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Specific departments may have slightly different hours. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. During school holidays, our hours may be adjusted - please call ahead to confirm.

Campus tours are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. To schedule a tour, you can:

Tours should be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Group tours for schools or organizations can be arranged by special request.

When contacting our Admissions Office, it's helpful to have the following information ready:

• Student's full name and date of birth
• Current grade level and school
• Academic transcripts or report cards (if available)
• Any standardized test scores
• Specific questions about programs or requirements

Our admissions counselors can provide more personalized guidance with this information.

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. Responses to emails and contact form submissions are typically provided within one business day. Phone calls are answered during business hours. During peak admission seasons (January-March), response times may be slightly longer, but we still aim to respond within 48 hours.

Yes, we have ample visitor parking available in front of the main administration building. When you arrive for your appointment or tour, please check in at the security gate where you'll be directed to visitor parking. Parking is free for all visitors. For large events, additional parking areas are opened and signposted.

Please note that student parking is in a separate lot and requires a permit.
